Your jeans or bleachers will be re taylored at your own measures from top of the front pocket to the bottom at your own measures. The needed measure to be communicated are following ones :
Take them with a thread you'll report on any ruler, equal if inches or cm I'll convert it.
You also can put your jeans on even if not tight fitting and measure the different places listed below, and take the sublisted circumferences:

B/ AROUND YOUR BUT CIRCUMFERENCE AT MID CROTCH HEIGHT
C/ THIGHS CIRCUMFERENCE where the legs of the jeans separate themselves
D/ MID THIGH CIRCUMFERENCE BETWEEN C AND KNEE
E/ KNEE CIRCUMFERENCE
F/ LEG CIRCUMFERENCE BETWEEN KNEE AND BOTTOM
G/ INSIDE LENGTH
For the inside legs measure:
Put your jeans on,yor boots on, and roll the hem at mid boots height or higher if desired,and take the measure between where the jeasn legs separate and the bottom of your rolled up hem.
